- Lunch and dinner are not included unless specifically stated or added to a customised package. Breakfast is typically included with your accommodation.
- Can I customise a package?
- Yes. All packages can be customised according to your travel dates, preferences, group size and budget.
- Do you cater for groups?
- Yes. Groups of more than five travellers may qualify for a 5% group discount, subject to the package and booking terms.
- When will I receive my itinerary?
- Your detailed itinerary is prepared according to the booking and customisation process. Custom itinerary requests may require an R250 planning fee, which is credited towards your booking.
- Are prices fixed?
- Advertised prices are starting prices. The final cost depends on travel dates, availability, number of travellers and customisation.
