Cape Town holiday packages, priced and planned

Accommodation, airport transfers, chauffeur-driven days and the Cape's icons — quoted in Rands, from R5,100 per person.

What you're comparing

Three packages. One local team.

We are a women-owned travel company based in Cape Town, so the itineraries below are built from streets we drive weekly — not a template bought offshore. Each Cape Town holiday package bundles accommodation, return airport transfers, chauffeur-driven transport and the activity fees named in the itinerary, quoted in South African Rand with no hidden markup at the end.

Starting prices run from R5,100 per person for a two-night Cape Town introduction to roughly R18,000 per person for a longer premium itinerary. Every package can be lengthened, upgraded or reshaped around your travel dates — most travellers end up with something in between.

Questions

Cape Town packages, answered plainly

How much does a Cape Town holiday package cost?

Our Cape Town holiday packages start from R5,100 per person for a 2-night Explorer's Package and rise to roughly R18,000 per person for longer premium itineraries with safari add-ons. Prices are starting prices — the final quotation depends on your travel dates, accommodation grade, group size and any customisation.

What is included in a Cape Town holiday package?

Every package includes accommodation, return airport transfers, chauffeur-driven transport for the listed experiences, and the entrance or activity fees named in the itinerary — typically the Table Mountain Cable Car, a Winelands wine tasting, a Bo-Kaap cultural walk and V&A Waterfront time. Flights, lunches, dinners, travel insurance and gratuities are excluded unless stated.

How many days do you need in Cape Town?

Three to four days covers the icons — Table Mountain, the Cape Peninsula and one Winelands day. Five to seven days lets you add Hermanus whale watching, Cape Agulhas or the start of the Garden Route without rushing. Add three to four days on top if you want a Big Five safari.

When is the best time to visit Cape Town?

November to March is warm, dry and best for beaches and sunsets — it is also peak season, so book early. April to May and September to October give you mild weather, green landscapes and better value. June to August is the green season: fewer crowds, dramatic skies and the best whale watching from June onwards.

Can I customise a Cape Town package?

Yes. Every package on this page is a starting point. We adjust nights, accommodation, activities and pace around your dates and budget. A fully bespoke itinerary carries an R250 planning fee, which is credited to your booking.

Do you cater for solo travellers, families and groups?

Yes. We plan for solo travellers, couples, families with children, and groups. Groups of more than five travellers may qualify for a 5% group discount, subject to the package and booking terms.

How do I secure a Cape Town holiday package?

Send an enquiry with your dates and traveller numbers, we return a written quotation, and a 50% deposit secures the booking. The balance is due before travel per your quotation.

Are flights to Cape Town included?

No. Flights are not included unless specifically arranged and stated in your quotation. Most international travellers fly into Cape Town International Airport (CPT), where our airport transfer meets you.

Ready for a real quotation?

Send your dates and traveller numbers and we come back with a written, itemised quote in Rands — not a brochure. You can also browse Cape Town tours and day trips, read the booking terms first, or see how fully custom trip planning works.
